Holiday Camps

1. Enrolment

1.1 Bookings are accepted on a first in first served basis.
1.2 Bookings can be made; online at evolvetenniscoaching.co.nz, by contacting our office on
(04) 479 1386 or by emailing us <ahref=”mailto:info@evolvetenniscoaching.co.nz”>info@evolvetenniscoaching.co.nz.
1.3 If a booking is taken after enrolments have closed (3 pm one business day prior to the
camp start date), dependent upon availability of space, a late fee of $15 will be applied.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of registration in order to secure a booking. A
receipt confirming the details of the booking will be received after the payment has been
confirmed.
2.2 We accept payment in cash, EFTPOS or online: 06 0541 0235769 00, evolve tennis
coaching. When making payment online please use the reference HC and your surname.

3. Cancellations

3.1 If a booking is cancelled more than 5 business days prior to the start of camp, a refund will be received of payments less a $50.00 administration fee.
3.2 If a booking is cancelled less than 5 business days prior to the start of camp, the camp fee is non refundable.
3.3 If a booking is cancelled for medical reasons, a credit note will be provided if validated with
a medical certificate. No cash refunds will be given.
3.4 Refunds will not be given for partial attendance, nor will make up sessions be provided.

4. Modification

We may modify any of the Terms & Conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and at our sole discretion. Evolve tennis coaching will give notification of any such changes. If any modification is unacceptable you are welcome to withdraw from future coaching programmes.

5. Agreement

By enrolling as a client of evolve tennis coaching you will be agreeing to the terms & conditions stated in this document.
